MW Manufacturing PTY LTD (WA) provides five years limited structural warranty to all custom metal fabrication work; and two years limited structural warranty to standard toolboxes and canopies. Accessories such as rubber seals and locks are subject to 12 months limited warranty.

This limited warranty does not apply to defects or faults caused by:
– Misuse or abuse; 
– Accident; 
– Incorrect or improper installation; 
– Extreme weather; 
– Modification; 
– Lack of proper maintenance; 
– Cosmetic imperfections due to wear and tear;
– Cosmetic imperfections outside the scope of product functionality.

If a fault or defect arises during the product warranty period, the product needs to be returned to MW stores with original proof of purchases. MW Manufacturing PTY LTD will be not responsible for any expenses related to this return. If the product is examined and deemed to be faulty or defective due to material or workmanship, MW Manufacturing will either repair the product or exchange the product with a similar condition or performance.

Please be aware that unpainted raw finish products may exhibit marks and scratches on some areas as a normal result of the manufacturing process. Such imperfections are considered standard for unpainted products and will not be covered under warranty. MW Manufacturing WA strongly recommends powder coating for an enhanced finish and increased durability.
