Return Policy
MW will make sure all of our dispatched products are carefully inspected. If the product you received arrived is wrong or damaged or doesn’t match the description, you can return the product within 3 working days after sign on arrival or pickup from stores. It’s highly recommended to inspect the product when you collect your product from the freight company depot. You will need to return the product to where you picked up or freight back to MW O’connor store. We will issue refund after we received your returned products in 5 business days.
The product needs to be returned to MW Toolbox Canopy Trailer Centre WA. The return address is 28 Peel Rd, O’connor, WA 6163.
Our factory opening hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
A receipt of original purchases should be attached to your returned product or emailed to us [email protected].
Please be advised that any refund will be processed solely to the BSB and Account number provided by the customer. Kindly note that the refund process may take approximately 7-10 business days before the funds are credited back to your account.
